Lost your keys, wallet, phone…? That’s annoying, but it happens. All lost objects will be gathered at the info stands. If you have found a lost item yourself, can we ask to drop it off at one of the info stands? Thank you!
Our lost & found service is available until Friday 12 July, via lostandfound@rockwerchter.be.
All items that haven’t been collected will be transfered to the municipality of Rotselaar on Monday 15 July. Reach them via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.
Yes, you can request a refund from Thursday 11 July 2024 at 11 am until Thursday 25 July 2024 at 11.59 pm, on rockwerchter.be/cashless.
Visitors from outside the EU can request the refund from Monday 22 July 2024 at 11 am to Thursday 25 July 2024 at 11:59 pm. After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed.
Refunds are issued within a month of request. An administrative fee of 1 Coin is charged for refunds. You must register in order to request a refund.
