Lost your keys, wallet, phone…? That’s annoying, but it happens. All lost objects will be gathered at the info stands. If you have found a lost item yourself, can we ask to drop it off at one of the info stands? Thank you!

Are you still at the festival? Drop by at an information booth and ask if your lost item was brought in there. After the festival you can take a look at this page.

All items that haven’t been collected will be transfered to the municipality of Rotselaar on Monday 14 July. Reach them via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be. 

Yes, you can request a refund from Thursday 10 July 2025 at 11.00 am until Saturday 9 August 2025 at 11.59 pm, on rockwerchter.be/cashless. After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed.

Select IBAN payment if you live within the EU. If you live outside the EU and do not have an IBAN account, select an international payment.

Refunds are issued within a week of request. An administrative fee of 3,5 euros is charged for refunds. You must register in order to request a refund.

Are you having problems, with reloading Coins for example? Or are your pre-purchaqed Coins not linked to your tag after scanning your ticket? We are happy to help at any of our cashless helpdesks in the Festivalpark or in Central Park at The Hive.
