Festivalpark Werchter Belgium

By car or motorbike

If you do come to Werchter by car or motorbike, please take into account possible delays on your way there and back. Several streets around the Festival Park are closed and parking is prohibited.

Anyone coming to Werchter by car or motorbike must purchase a parking ticket in advance. Without a valid parking ticket, you will not have a parking space. Parking tickets for Rock Werchter can be purchased from 5 June at 2 pm via ticketmaster.be.

Important information:

To use a festival car park, you must always purchase a parking ticket in advance. When you make your purchase, you can choose which car park you want to park in; check the map of the surroundings for this.

  • Without a valid parking ticket, you will not be granted access to the car park.
  • The number of tickets per car park is limited: full = full.
  • A parking ticket costs €25 and is only valid once.
  • Are you leaving the car park and want to return later? Then you will need a new ticket – provided that there are still some available.
New: parking Combi Flex

Do you drive back and forth to the festival every day and do you want to park in Werchter? Then the Combi Flex Parking ticket is the ideal solution for you. A standard parking ticket only gives you one-time access to the car park. If you leave the parking lot, you cannot enter again with the same ticket.

With the Combi Flex ticket, you get one access to the car park of your choice every festival day. This way you can drive back and forth every day without having to buy a new ticket each time. A combi flex ticket costs 60 euros and is available from 5 June. There is only a limited number of Combi Flex parking tickets available per zone.

Due to incoming traffic, it is not possible to leave the car park between 12 pm (noon) and 6 pm, and it is not possible to arrive at the parking lot between 11 pm and 3 am due to departing traffic.

Which car park to choose?

I will not spend the night at one of the campsites:

  • I come to Werchter via the E19 from Ghent or Antwerp > choose Parking The Hive (BLAUW)
  • I come via the E314 from Brussels, Liège, Leuven or France > choose one of the car parks in zone ROZE
  • I come via the E314 from Aarschot, Lummen or the Netherlands > choose one of the car parks in zone GROEN

I will spend the night at a festival campsite:

  • I am staying at The Hive > Choose The Hive parking in zone BLAUW
  • I am staying at Camping A1 > Choose parking BLAUW 1
  • I am staying at Camping C3 > Choose parking GROEN 3 or GROEN 5
  • I am staying at Camping C7 > Choose parking GROEN 2

The packages for The Hive Resort & The Hive ADL campsites include a parking ticket in the corresponding car park.

⚠️ Always use the QR code on your parking ticket to navigate to the car park. The route guidance via the QR code takes into account the traffic measures in force during the festival in real time.

Do you want free or cheaper parking?
  • Use an NMBS/SNCB car park where the night train stops and travel by train to Werchter. With your ticket for the night train you can park for 24 hours for free in the NMBS/SNCB car park where the train stops (see 'Public transport').
  • Bring your bike and park for free in a Park+Bike car park in every zone.
  • Get dropped off & picked up at the Kiss+Ride car parks at Aarschot/Leuven station and take the free shuttle bus there.
  • Carpool with friends to limit the price per person.
Don’t drink and drive

We attach great importance to responsible alcohol consumption. At the We Care A Lot stand in the Festival Park you will find free breath tests from Catch Your Breath to make responsible partying visible, measurable and discussable for yourself and others. Catch your Breath is an awareness campaign that focuses on preventing drunk driving and increasing awareness of alcohol consumption. The campaign is an initiative of a collective consisting of Fline, Vinum Et Spiritus, the Emilie Leus foundation and Flow in collaboration with We Care A Lot.
