In 2013, Tom Odell strolled in through the main gate. ‘Another Love’ is possibly one of the most successful debut singles ever. The song spent 40 weeks in the Ultratop chart and never seems to go away. For example, last year it was  a) the song of hope in Iran and Ukraine, b) the singalong moment at Pukkelpop and also c) the highlight of De Warmste Week. Over the years, the British singer-songwriter has developed into an inspired cross between Jeff Buckley (a troubadour) and Chris Martin (a man with a piano). He refers to Elton John as his greatest inspiration. Today, Odell is one of the 100 most streamed artists around the world. At home in the UK, every album reaches the top ten effortlessly. His latest album, ‘Black Friday’ (2024) entered our chart at number eight.
