In the Festival Park
Lost & found
Lost your keys, wallet, phone…? That’s annoying, but it happens. All lost objects will be gathered at the info stands. If you have found a lost item yourself, can we ask to drop it off at one of the info stands? Thank you!
Are you still at the festival? Drop by at an information booth and ask if your lost item was brought in there. After the festival you can take a look at this page.
All items that haven’t been collected will be transfered to the municipality of Rotselaar on Monday 14 July. Reach them via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.
Food & drinks
Our bars and food stands serve an extensive and varied range. Of course, you will find the beloved festival classics with us. Freshly tapped beers (also 0.0): check! Fries with a snack: always good. But there is more. We are strongly committed to sustainability, with healthy, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we work with local products as much as possible. Non-alcoholic drinks also get the attention they deserve – they are tasty and at least as festive.
In the Rock Werchter Mobile app, powered by Proximus, the festival map tells you where to find which food and drink stands. This way you can quickly and easily discover the full range – from the classics to surprisingly sustainable choices.
In the Festival Park you pay for food and drinks with Coins. An allergen list is available at each food stand. Free drinking water is available in the Festival Park. Find the taps with drinking water near the info booth, behind The Slope and between The Barn and KluB C.
Our tips:
- De Smaakfabriek – Local and tasty are key in our Belgian pop-up kitchen De Smaakfabriek, a collaboration with Boerenbond. Using ingredients straight from the local farmer, curator Loïc Van Impe puts together the best dishes.
- Apéro The Barn and Apéro Depot – Want to have drinks from afternoon until late? This is possible in our cozy Apéro zones. Special beers, cocktails, mocktails and bites to share!
- Rocco – our brand new pasta bar close to The Barn, is the place to be to eat a tasty pasta as if you were at a nonna's house! Enjoy delicious recipes developed by our in-house chef Loïc van Impe using Elvea products.
- The Wine Bar – Enjoy a glass of the best wines or prosecco in the Wine Bar near the Slope.
Paying with Coins
At Rock Werchter, you can pay for food and drinks with Coins, Rock Werchter's own digital currency. Coins can be purchased during the festival via the QR code on the tag of your festival wristband, via the Rock Werchter app or at the counters. One Coin costs 3.80 euros. After purchase, Coins will be added to the chip of your festival wristband and can be used immediately. Swipe your wristband at the reader at the drink and food stands to pay. Read more on Cashless payments.
Until 29 June, you can pre-purchase your Coins for Rock Werchter 2025. One Coin costs 3.80 euros during the festival, but if you stock up now, you will only pay 3.50 euros per Coin, just like in 2024. Take advantage and buy your Coins now.
Keep the Festival Park clean
Thanks for keeping the Festivalpark clean. Sort your waste, drop it in the right bin. Join us on the road to zero waste!
Empty reusable cups should be returned to a drinks stand. The deposit (0.2 Coin) is credited to your cashless card. Anyone who hands in 15 RPET bottles or cans at a recycle/return stand will receive a free Coin in exchange.
End of the day and no longer feel like returning cups to a recycle/return point? Don't throw your cup away, drop it in one of our 'gitterboxes'. We donate the proceeds from the cups that end up in the gitterbox to the NGO Join For Water, more specifically the Waterwijs Werchter project and a project in the Andes (Ecuador and Peru).

Your festival bracelet = your key to the festival
Rock Werchter wristbands have been fitted with an RFID chip for a few years now. At the festival entrance you are given a chipped wristband in return for scanning in your festival ticket. As of that point the RFID chip in the wristband is literally your key to the festival. As was the case before, a fabric wristband (or long before that merely a stamp) served as your key once the ticket had been checked.
Important: your entrance wristband and RFID chip must be worn at all times. It is your key to the festival. You will not be allowed into the festival grounds without a wristband (and without a chip).
