When Little Mix came to an end in 2022, it was breaking news in Britain. The trio is the most successful winner ever of the television competition The X Factor. The group accumulated an impressive number of records. In 2021, for example, Little Mix were the first female group in the history of the BRIT Awards to be named Best British Group. A year later, the trio stopped indefinitely. Jade Thirwall was the first to go solo. Her first single ‘Angel Of My Dreams’ (2024) simply continued along the same path. The song was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2025 BRIT Awards and JADE was named Best Pop Act. The full-length album That's Showbiz Baby (2025) is an ode to the musical heroes of her youth: Madonna, Spice Girls and, above all, her role model: Diana Ross, the 'queen of Motown'.
