The Cure is the first headliner for Rock Werchter 2026

The first headliner for Rock Werchter 2026 has been announced! The Cure will close the festival on Sunday evening. Since their first appearance at the Festivalpark in 1981, the iconic British band has played several legendary concerts in Werchter. Few bands manage to remain both relevant and beloved for nearly five decades. The Cure continues to reach and inspire generations. It is a rare phenomenon in the music world. On Sunday 5 July, The Cure will bring Rock Werchter 2026 to a close with a grand, generous and intense concert.

More names for Rock Werchter 2026 will be announced soon. 

​Rock Werchter 2026 will take place at the Festivalpark in Werchter from Thursday 2 July to Sunday 5 July. Ticket sales start on Friday 21 November at 10 AM. Pre-registering, which grants earlier access to festival tickets, is open now.
