A new name for Rock Werchter’s discovery stage: NEST!

After six festival summers, Rock Werchter’s discovery stage is getting a complete makeover this year. Together with the Rock Werchter community, we set out to find a new name. Thank you for the many original and inspiring submissions! What was until recently known as the Slope will become NEST from this summer onwards. Expect a brand-new structure, a new vibe and a unique atmosphere, while staying true to the same musical roots. NEST will remain the ultimate hotspot for discovery, adventure and surprising live performances.

NEST will be a place where artists can grow, experiment and showcase their talent to a curious audience. It’s where music fans might just discover their next favourite act. Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a raw edge: loud, energetic and unpolished. Just the best music waiting to be discovered.
