The Barn

California seems to be the perfect nursery for great punk bands. FEVER 333 is the latest phenomenon from the land of eternal sunshine and innumerable skate parks. The group was formed in 2017 by Jason Butler, Stephen Harrison and Aric Improta. By that point the three had already earned their stripes. Especially Butler, who had spent 15 years in the popular post-hardcore band Letlive. The story goes that FEVER 333 gave their first concert in the car park of a drive-in doughnut bakery in Los Angeles. Their recipe consists of hip-hop and afropunk, the main ingredients being Black Flag, Public Enemy and Rage Against The Machine. Politics are important. Every song is a statement.
