Guy and Howard Lawrence are the grandmasters of pure dance-pop. Though yet to turn 30, the British brothers have come a long, long way. Disclosure's mix of deep house, UK garage and electro got off to a great start. Cognoscenti place the debut album ‘Settle’ (2013) at the same lofty height as Daft Punk's iconic ‘Random Acces Memories’. ‘This record proves that dance music with brains still exists’, writes one British music mag. They win a Grammy Award in the Best Dance Album category. As does the next album, ‘Caracal’ (2015). Guest artists include Lorde, The Weeknd and good friend Sam Smith. In 2017 the duo announce a sabbatical. The precursors for album three are sung by Fatoumata Diawara (‘Ultimantum’) and Khalid (‘Talk’).
