E-tickets versus classic Tickets
The ticketbuyer decides, when ordering tickets, what type of ticket he/she buys. Two tickets are available: a classic festival ticket that will be send to the ticketbuyer after purchase or an e-festival ticket that can be printed at home after payment is received.
Important: The e-festival ticket as such is not valid as a public-transport ticket. It does entitle its holder to obtain one free E-TRAIN TICKET. As from May 30 you can order your e-train ticket from www.nmbs.be/rockwerchter with the SNCB code you find on your e-festival ticket. So if you decide to travel to Werchter for free by means of public transport, make sure to order this ticket as well! More info here.
