General conditions of sale for festival and campsite tickets
FESTIVAL TICKETS
- Festival tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different event.
- The loss or theft of the festival ticket is the liability of the buyer and is not subject to replacement or refund.
- Bringing professional photographic, film or recording equipment, alcoholic drinks, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, weapons or sharp objects into the festival site is prohibited. Also, for reasons of safety, you may not bring seating, folding chairs or umbrellas with you. If you do they may be confiscated by security.
- Starting fires is strictly prohibited.
- Entering the festival site implies your agreement with all preventive and monitoring measures taken by the organiser or safety team including potential frisking and bag searches. Failing to comply with these measures will lead to refusal or withdrawal of the right of access.
- Do not buy your festival ticket on the street. There is a chance that it is a forgery. Only buy your festival tickets from the recognised web addresses: www.proximusgoformusic.be or www.teleticketservice.com
- The artists and organisers of the festival, NMBS and De Lijn cannot be held liable for damages, loss or theft or any accident that may occur.
- The official sale of t-shirts and souvenirs takes place exclusively on the festival site.
- Festival tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of the organiser. In addition, carrying out any commercial or promotional activities on the festival site without the prior permission of the organiser is strictly prohibited.
- Festival tickets may not be sold on. Festival tickets which have been sold on give no right of admission.
The organiser and/or official ticket distributor also reserves the right to cancel festival tickets as soon as it is ascertained that, despite this ban, festival tickets are offered for sale. The costs arising from cancellation will be charged to the buyer. - Changes to the programme are no reason for a full or partial refund of the festival ticket. The organiser accepts no responsibility in the case of events beyond its control.
- Anyone copying the festival ticket will be prosecuted by law.
- The organisers cannot be held responsible for any cases of damage on the campsites because they do not run the campsites. Complaints regarding campsites may be directed to the campsite owner and the Municipalities of Rotselaar or Haacht.
- TV recordings will take place during the festival. There is a possibility that you will be filmed.
- The organiser and/or official ticket distributor reserves the right to verify the identity of the festival-goer.
CAMPSITE TICKETS
- Opening hours regular campsites: from Thursday morning June 28, 2012 to Monday July 2, 2012 at noon.
- Opening hours xl campsites: from Wednesday June 27, 2012 at 4 PM to Monday July 2, 2011 at noon. The regular campsite is valid at a festival campsite as desired, but it does not grant access to the festival ground.
- The xl campsite ticket is valid at campsites A2, A3 or A4 (Haacht), but it does not grant access to the festival ground.
- The campsite is only valid if combined with a festival ticket.
- Campsite tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In case of loss or theft of a campsite ticket, the latter will not be replaced nor refunded.
- The campsite ticket is valid throughout the weekend. There are no one-day campsite tickets available.
- The campsite ticket entitles its holder to a spot at one of the campsites. It is not possible to make reservations.
- The following vehicles are not allowed at campsites: cars, mopeds, motorbikes, trailers, caravans, camper vans and the like.
- Forbidden are: pets, open fire, barbecues, gas equipment, glass, candles, draught equipment, cans, generators, hi-fi equipment, sharp objects and weapons.
- Leaflet distribution and sampling are forbidden in the vicinity of the campsite.
- It is forbidden to set up any commercial activity at the campsite.
- Access to the campsite implies acceptance of a possible search. In case of refusal, access is denied.
- Do not buy your ticket down on the street. It may have been forged. Only buy your tickets from authorized pre-sale vendors.
- Access to a campsite can be refused or denied at all times.
- The artists and the organisers of the festival cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, theft or any possible accident.
- Campsite tickets must not be used for commercial or promotional reasons without prior permission of the organizer.
- Campsite tickets must not be resold without prior explicit permission of the official ticket vendor or the organiser. Festival tickets which appear to have been resold without permission of the official ticket vendor and/or the organiser, do not grant their holder access to the camp site. The organiser and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to cancel festival tickets as soon as they notice that festival tickets are resold in spite of this ban. Expenses arising from such cancellation will be recovered from the buyer.
- Forgery of a festival ticket is liable to prosecution.
- The organizers cannot be held responsible for possible shortcomings at the campsites, since they are not the managers. Complaints about campsites can be directed at the campsite manager en to the municipality of Rotselaar or Haacht.
