DJ Fresh presents Fresh/live

The instigator of the big Music For Life (charity event by Belgian radio Studio Brussel) closing party  at Groenplaats in Antwerp. DJ Fresh (real name Daniel Stein) was, 15 years ago, one of the pioneers of drum ’n’ bass. Along with Bad Company UK he created the sharp ‘The Nine’ (1998). Dance magazine Kmag called it the best drum ’n’ bass track of all time. Fresh went solo in 2002 and first went to work for others: Pet Shop Boys, Apollo 440, Grooverider, Pendulum and more. His own work took off when he started to work with fiery female singers: ‘Gold Dust’ (2010) with Ce’Cile was his first major hit. ‘Louder’ (2011) with Sian Evans (Kosheen) was the first dubstep record to go to number one on the British charts. FRESH/LIVE is another first. A vital live band hooked up with ingenious technology.
