Ze Very Special French Touch. Crazy-B, Little Mike, DJ Need and DJ Pone started their musical adventures as World champions. In 2002 the scratch wizards snatched the gold medal at the DMC World Team Championships. They kept practising for their stunts with the buttons and regulators while exploring the history of electronic music. The result is phenomenal. A DJ crew with arms like octopuses that manages to drive people insane with euphoria time and time again. And on the album things sound nuts as well. Their eponymous debut was made completely with turntables. ‘Manual For Successful Rioting’ (2009) is an electronic bombshell which Justice helps to heat up. And on ‘Defiant Order’ (2011) they are joined by Para One to deliver hip hop, R’n’B, house and techno. The band’s weird name comes from ‘The Party’, a 1968 movie starring Peter Sellers.
